I’m interested in a less hostile divorce, but what if I can’t trust my spouse to be collaborative?

The The term “collaborative” refers to the approach that the attorneys take in working with couples going through divorce. The attorneys take a collaborative approach (instead of being adversarial). It’s not necessary that the spouses are collaborative. In fact, it’s often unrealistic to expect spouses going through the pain and grief of the loss of a marriage to be “collaborative”.

How do I get started?

Just schedule a 30 minute Collaborative Consult. Call us at 919-573-4848 or email us using our contact form.
